Improvement-Improvidence-Imputable-Impute

1) Improvement: It's a noun deriving from verb 'improve' that means make/do something better, or to the betterness of someone, thus on behalf/on account of someone for something. Another synonimous word is 'to ameliorate', and noun amelioration=improvement. For ex. in Law, a corrective act in an administrative act, that suggests healing of act' in regard to content, in order to do it more concise to claim, is an act of improvement. Also in any doc of trial, either of First Instance Court, or Appeal Court etc. improve/thus correct some points of content for above purpose, suggests improvement, so that content of descriptive part/part of justification is more or absolutely in accordance with claim(s). Also the use/application of remedies in Law (remedies=ενδικα μέσα),aim at improve rate of punishment of accused person in court of previously and directly lower grade, if so and applicable. Thus improvement may also suggest amendment, modification, change (case of adm.act), of also introduced laws, created by Ministers, to Parliament for vote and validation may need improvement etc. Also in Penal Law, repent of accused person may lead the Judge to lower one's rate of punishement, thus this decision is 'improved' to the sake of accused (defender).

2) Improvidence is noun and improvident is adj. derving from term providence(which comes from Latin 'Providentia', and means the care taken by someone of something, so that something else, usually worse is avoided, for ex.; improvident is the opposite, thus careless, instead of careful planning for ex. For ex. the improvidence of car driver, led to the accident. Or from conscious or inconscioue ignorance/negligence better, one crosses the street when red light is on, and is hit by a car, or one has not noticed that light is still red and crosses street, and is also hit/killed by a car. Also term applies in field of Law application generally and legal protection. Law, should be provident towards all sides and directions, in the frame of legal protection.

3) Imputable=it's adjective, deriving from verb impute=καταλογίζω in Greek, and 'imputable'=καταλογιστός, For ex. the fault was imputed to him/her. There are many cases of 'imputation and imputable acts'= For ex. Delay of arrival of goods to merchant B from merchant A, was imputed to merchant A who sent them in delay, and then they became useful. Or imputable acts of parents in regard to life quality and instruction of their non adult children, etc
